The sign is made out of 1 x 4 that I picked up at Home Depot for about $4 ea. You can size it however you like. I made two signs at 2ft tall by 4ft wide. Here I cut my top, bottom and side pieces. You can but the ends, but I'm kind of picky when it comes to stuff like this so I cut all my ends at 45 degree angles.
